Toughest Animals that can kill an electric eel

Well, let’s talk a little about electric eel. Electric eels are more related to fish, not eels, and are known for their ability to stun prey by generating electricity. They can generate electric shocks up to 860volts, enough to take down a horse
certain animals have tried to take down an electric eel but failed and died in the process.
caimans have tried and failed, dogs, and even humans like Mike Vins can testify of how serious an electric eel can be.
Electric eels have no natural predators in the wild, any attempts to kill an electric eel would result in a shock of a lifetime. This is a life-threatening situation.
Now, let’s talk about a hypothetical fight-to-the-death situation.
What animals could defeat an electric eel?
Some animals, Apes, Hippopotamus, and Elephants, can use insulation to deal with electricity owing to their thick impervious skin.
In my opinion, I think the animals that come close to defeating an electric eel are.
(1) Honey Badger vs Electric Eel

Honey Badgers are too aggressive, and known to survive the most venomous snake bites, they can defend themselves from Lion and Hyena attacks. And these are top apex predators.
The Honeybadger is full of surprises, and there’s no telling what they are capable of.
I believe the most likely outcome is that the honey badger will endure the eel’s shock while still fighting, biting, and clawing the electric eel’s body.
In the end, the electric eel will die and the badger would recover from the shock and eat it or move on to his next meal. How to survive an electric eel attack
(2) Elephant vs Electric eel

It is important to note that elephants are peaceful creatures. They don’t pick fights with anyone unless they feel threatened.
An African elephant, the largest of all land animals weighs about 44,000 pounds (6300kg).
Whereas an electric eel weighs about 44pounds (22kg)
If an elephant stumps on an electric eel by mistake, it will surely die.
The elephant would of course feel the effect of the shock and back away, but the damage would have already been done and the electric eel dead.
(3) Whales vs Electric Eel

Whales are without a doubt the largest marine animals. The blue whale is the largest of them all.
However, I’ll be talking about Humpback whales specifically, because they have the strongest tail muscle in the animal kingdom.
They weigh (25,000-30,000kg), 50,000-80,000 pounds, which is way too big compared to an elephant’s weight.
With such massive size and powerful tails, they could definitely kill an electric eel.
An electric eel stands no chance if a humpback whale strikes it with its powerful tail muscles.
(4) Porcupines vs Electric eel

The quill of a porcupine is large, stiff, and very painful.
It can cause serious infection if not treated quickly, lots of animals have died as a result of trying to kill a porcupine. Anacondas included.
imagine what would happen if an electric eel comes in contact with porcupines.
That’s right, it would eventually die from its quill.
Top apex predators like lions, jaguars, and tigers can testify to how dangerous it can be going up against a porcupine.
Well, that is just my humble opinion.
I’ll leave that to you to decide…! What do you think would happen?
Please kindly note that this is a hypothetical fight scenario. I would love to hear your opinions as well.
