Insights from technological advances in wildlife research

Recent advancements in wildlife research technology offer the potential to greatly enhance our comprehension of wildlife ecology. Innovations ranging from GPS tracking and eco-acoustics to genomics enable the revelation of previously concealed facets of wildlife behavior, movement patterns, and population dynamics.
This special issue seeks contributions that highlight novel ecological insights facilitated by these new technologies. We invite authors to submit research articles, short communications, reviews, methods, or viewpoint pieces demonstrating how the use of cutting-edge technology has provided answers to longstanding questions, reshaped our understanding of wildlife, and enhanced wildlife management strategies.
